Knowledge base size matters: the bot reads your entire knowledge base on every reply — that's how it stays accurate. A small FAQ (5–10 pages of content) runs on the low end of our estimates. A large knowledge base (your full site, service catalog, policies, 50+ pages) can push per-conversation cost 2–3× higher. We'll tell you the expected range before you sign up, and we tune the knowledge base for relevance, not volume — more isn't always better.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from your admin dashboard. Your bot keeps working until the end of the billing period. No penalties, no "cancellation calls".

What happens if I hit my spend cap?

The bot pauses and shows a polite fallback message you choose ("please call us" or "email us instead"). Nothing is charged above your cap — ever. You can raise or lower the cap anytime.

Is the $199 setup fee refundable?

Within 14 days of launch: 100% refund if you're not happy. After 14 days, you keep the bot even if you cancel the monthly plan.

Do unused conversations roll over?

No — the 500/month resets each cycle. We keep plans simple instead of tracking rollover balances.

Can I use my own Anthropic API key?

Yes — if you already have an Anthropic account, we can connect it and you'll pay Anthropic directly for usage. Your $20/mo plan stays the same, but overage becomes $0 from us.

Will prices change?

Your rate is locked for 12 months from signup. We may adjust pricing for new customers based on AI model costs, but existing customers are never auto-upgraded.
